Even if the system is manual, many limitations are defined on the existing system.
All these are in one or the other affect the effective functioning of the overall process.
Following are some of the major limitations:
• The storage of data is difficult.
• Retrieval of the data from the storage is difficult.
• Data access is difficult.
• The calculations of the transaction will be liable to the possibility of human errors.
• The calculation takes more time.
• When number of records increases above a particular level, corruption occurs.
Thus we have to rebuild it again.
• The system is not much user-friendly.
• It provides data entry difficult.
