System Study

The processes involved in the system analysis are:

• Study and analysis of the existing system.
• Modify and redefine the procedures to achieve precise and logical patterns.

The analysis of the system is done at two different stages ,where the first stage deals with existing system and limitations inherent in that system . In the second stage , the users are discussed for their additional requirements to be incorporated in the proposed system . The features of the proposed system are outlined in comparison with the existing system.
